Where it all began
I was raised in the Baptist church with a deep hunger to understand creation, the walk of the world's greatest healers, and the esoteric knowledge that connects us all. That curiosity became a calling. That calling became The Energy Reset.
I now know what I know, and it has been an interesting journey, and a very rewarding one, to find the Divine, the Creator, in all the places I was told not to look.
Growing up between worlds, the sacred and the spiritual, the traditional and the mystical, I learned early that healing is not one size fits all. Every soul arrives with its own blueprint, its own wounds, and its own path back to wholeness.
With over 50 years of lived experience, I stand at the crossroads of science, spirituality, and soul. As an esoteric entrepreneur and alchemist, my mission is to guide licensed healthcare professionals, healers, and aspiring esoteric entrepreneurs through transformative teachings, attunements, and tools so they can generate income, step into their purpose, and spread light in a world that needs it most.

She holds the highest levels of both Usui Ryoho Reiki Grandmaster (Dai-Shihan) and Kundalini Reiki Grandmaster, with full lineage transmission through Ole Gabrielsen and Lisa Powers, a distinction earned by very few practitioners in the world. She is a Holy Fire Reiki Master, a Violet Flame Reiki Level 4 Master, and an Isis Seichim Egyptian Reiki Energy Healing Practitioner, a modality rooted in ancient Egyptian healing wisdom that she has woven deeply into her practice. Her love of Egyptian history and mysticism is not casual; it is a living thread in everything she does. She is a Certified Holistic Health Coach (Institute for Integrative Nutrition), a trauma-sensitive Breathwork Facilitator, an Ordained Minister, an Intuitive Reader and Human Design practitioner, and a certified Chakra Healing specialist. She also personally studies Akashic Records and animal communication, because curiosity has always been one of her greatest gifts. She is the Founder of the Awakened Life Force global Reiki community, and has divinely received several original energy healing methods that exist nowhere else, channeled gifts that are uniquely and entirely her own.
But what truly sets Krystal apart is the full range of what she brings to the table. Her academic journey spans psychology, human resources, programming, and web design, and she has embraced the frontier of artificial intelligence, earning certifications and applying emerging tech tools to build and scale her brands in real time. She is not just spiritually fluent. She is technologically savvy, strategically minded, and deeply entrepreneurial.
Krystal has built multiple thriving brands simultaneously, from the ground up, on her own terms, while healing, growing, and showing up fully for the people she serves.
