Medical and Health Disclaimer

Energy healing, Reiki, breathwork, and all modalities offered through The Energy Reset are complementary wellness practices only. They are not medicine. They are not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

You are strongly encouraged to:

• Consult a licensed physician or healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness practice, especially if you have existing medical conditions.

Mental Health Disclaimer

Services, sessions, courses, and content offered by The Energy Reset are not a substitute for licensed mental health care, psychotherapy, counseling, or psychiatric treatment. Krystal Hayes is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or clinical social worker.

Participation in spiritual and energy wellness programs, while potentially supportive of general emotional wellbeing, does not replace clinical mental health treatment. The Energy Reset practitioners agree not to advise clients to discontinue prescribed mental health treatment.

Results and Outcomes

Results are not guaranteed. The Energy Reset makes no promises, representations, or warranties regarding specific physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, or personal outcomes from participation in any course, session, attunement, product, or program.

Individual experiences with energy healing, breathwork, Reiki, Human Design, and intuitive readings vary significantly based on individual constitution, openness, personal history, belief systems, and a wide range of other factors beyond our control.

The Energy Reset does not guarantee specific outcomes from Human Design discovery reports, tarot and intuitive readings, or video delivery readings. These services are offered as tools for self-reflection and personal exploration, not prediction, diagnosis, or professional consultation.

Certification and Accreditation

Course completion certificates issued by The Energy Reset are not accredited by any governmental, academic, or professional licensing body. They confirm participation in and completion of a training program offered by The Energy Reset and demonstrate competency in the practices taught within the specific course.

Certification from The Energy Reset does not:

• Constitute governmental licensing of any kind.
• Qualify recipients to practice as licensed healthcare, mental health, or wellness professionals.
• Meet requirements for clinical practice in any regulated healthcare field.
• Represent academic accreditation recognized by accrediting bodies.
• Authorize practitioners to diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions.

The Energy Reset is proudly non-accredited. These courses are offered in the spirit of the Reiki tradition, which has always held that healing energy is universal and belongs to no one. Certification represents spiritual education and personal development, not institutional credentialing.

Practitioner Responsibility

All practitioners trained through The Energy Reset, including Learning Masters and those holding course completion certificates, operate independently and are solely responsible for their own conduct, services, and client relationships. The Energy Reset does not supervise, control, or manage independent practitioners operating outside of its direct programs.

By completing training through The Energy Reset, all practitioners agree to the following Practitioner Code of Ethics:

• Informed Consent: Obtain voluntary, informed consent before any energy session, attunement, or energetic interaction. Energy work is never performed without permission.
• Client Autonomy: Never present yourself as the sole or exclusive source of healing. Honor the client's right to make their own healthcare and spiritual decisions.
• Professional Boundaries: Maintain clear emotional, physical, and energetic boundaries with all clients at all times.
• Confidentiality: Keep all personal client information, session experiences, and emotional disclosures confidential unless written permission is given or disclosure is required by law.
• Scope of Practice: Never diagnose medical or psychological conditions. Never recommend clients discontinue prescribed medical or mental health treatment. Always refer clients to licensed professionals when their needs exceed your scope.
• Cultural Respect: Approach all healing traditions with humility, gratitude, and respect for their cultural and historical origins.
• Child Protection: Children under 8 years of age should not be attuned. Always obtain parental or guardian consent before working with minors.

The Energy Reset reserves the right to revoke certification or community access for practitioners who violate this code of ethics.

Breathwork Safety Disclaimer

Breathwork techniques offered through The Energy Reset's courses, sessions, and programs can produce powerful physiological and emotional responses. Please read the following safety information carefully before participating in any breathwork practice.

It is normal to experience tingling, lightheadedness, emotional release, or temporary physical sensations during breathwork. These typically subside shortly after completing the practice. If you experience chest pain, severe dizziness, or feel unsafe at any time, stop the practice immediately and seek medical assistance if needed.

Breathwork for trauma survivors should only be undertaken in a properly supported, trauma-informed container. The Energy Reset's breathwork facilitators are trained in trauma-sensitive approaches, but individual responses to breathwork cannot be predicted or controlled. Participant safety is always the primary consideration.

The Energy Reset, its founder, facilitators, and practitioners assume no liability for adverse experiences arising from breathwork participation by individuals who have not disclosed contraindicated health conditions.

Products and Physical Goods

Physical products sold through The Energy Reset, including but not limited to art prints, apparel, custom puzzles, candles, incense, jewelry, spiritual tools, and journals, are sold as-is. The Energy Reset makes no medical, therapeutic, or healing claims regarding any physical product.

• Candles, incense, and aromatic products should be used with standard fire safety precautions. Never leave burning products unattended.
• Crystal and gemstone products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health condition.
• Art prints and canvas items are for decorative purposes. Colors may vary slightly from digital representations.
• Custom puzzle orders are made to order. All sales of custom items are final once production has begun.
• Apparel sizing and color may vary slightly by manufacturer. Please review sizing charts before ordering.

Wedding Officiant Services

Wedding officiant services are provided by Krystal Hayes as an ordained minister. Services are available in the Dallas, Texas metropolitan area only, subject to geographic availability and scheduling.

• Clients are responsible for obtaining all legally required marriage licenses and permits in their jurisdiction prior to the ceremony.
• The Energy Reset does not provide legal advice regarding marriage laws, license requirements, or related documentation.
• Officiant availability is subject to change. Booking is confirmed only upon signed agreement and receipt of deposit.
• The Energy Reset is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances that may affect ceremony delivery, including acts of nature, illness, or emergency.
• Ceremony content is created collaboratively with clients and reflects their beliefs and preferences. The Energy Reset does not impose religious or spiritual content without client consent.

• Human Design report data (birth date, time, location) is used solely to generate your report and is not stored long-term or shared.
• Payment information is processed through third-party providers (Systeme.io, Cal.com) and is subject to their respective privacy policies.
• Community spaces such as the Awakened Life Force Reiki Facebook group operate under Facebook's privacy policies. The Energy Reset is not responsible for data practices on third-party platforms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Energy Reset, its founder Krystal Hayes, its affiliated practitioners, Learning Masters, Guest Grandmasters, contractors, and collaborators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your participation in any TER service, course, session, attunement, community, product, or program.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual experiences arising from energy sessions or breathwork.
• Outcomes of intuitive readings, Human Design reports, or tarot sessions.
• Actions taken based on information received in any TER program or session.
• Technical issues, interruptions, or errors in digital delivery of courses or sessions.
• Experiences within community spaces, including interactions with other members.
• Product defects, shipping delays, or dissatisfaction with physical goods.

By engaging with The Energy Reset, you agree to hold harmless The Energy Reset and all associated individuals from any claims arising from your voluntary participation. You acknowledge that you are participating of your own free will and accept full personal responsibility for your experience and decisions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These disclaimers and legal notices are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from your engagement with The Energy Reset shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
